AI governance intake forms ask questions that some contributors don't encounter in their day-to-day work. When contributors aren't sure how to answer, submissions come back incomplete or inaccurate, and reviewers spend time going back and forth to fill in the gaps.
Contributors can now use AI to generate draft responses to your organization's intake form. From the Home tab, select "Propose New AI Use Case," describe the use case in plain language, and optionally upload supporting documents (Word, PDF, or excel sheets). Trustible will use that context to draft answers to both free-text and multiple-choice questions on your behalf.
When a document is uploaded, the AI extracts relevant information to populate responses across the form. If there isn't enough information to answer a specific question, the system flags it so the contributor knows where to fill in the gaps. All generated responses are editable, and contributors should review and adjust answers before submitting.
The result: fewer incomplete submissions reaching your review queue, and less back-and-forth between reviewers and business owners to clarify responses.
Contributors can also skip this step entirely and complete the intake form manually if they prefer.
