The Dashboard is intended to help you track your organization’s activities in the Platform - supporting leadership reporting and strategic decision making while identifying trends in AI Governance.
The aggregated data can be filtered and exported as needed by users.
By reviewing use cases by Implementation Status or Department Distribution, AI Governance practitioners can collaborate more effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring early engagement in technology scoping and a deeper understanding of departmental priorities.
Reviewing trends across top risks and mitigations can help inform future planning. Users can click the use case value to see the list of related records.
The Risk Overview helps users understand the volume of use cases per risk level including mitigation coverage. By reviewing use cases by a Risk vs Benefit analysis, AI Governance practitioners can determine which use cases should be prioritized for review or for implementation.
Understanding the time spent review use cases by AI Governance is critical. The Workflow Progress Trackers allows users to identify the status of use case reviews along with the average time spent to complete reviews. This reporting can support organizational KPIs measuring AI Governance efficiency.
Framework Readiness is critical to AI Governance - by providing visibility into compliance readiness across all use case records, practitioners can determine where further review of their policies and use cases are required. You can also see what frameworks are assigned to your organization and the level of overall readiness for each.
If users need to understand data across a specific subset of use case records, Filtering is available. Select, “Dashboard Filters “to see a complete list of available filters across Benefit/Risk levels and individual Attributes.
