Trustible’s Insights provide additional information and value for our users as they navigate the Platform. The full suite of Insights can be found under the Insights tab can be found on Trustible’s main navigation bar, located on the left-hand side of the screen. Our Insights include Benefits, Risks, Mitigations Model Ratings, Stakeholders, and Legislation. Below we provide a brief overview of each Insight category.

The Benefit taxonomy includes a comprehensive set of benefit categories—from Financial, Operational, and Customer Satisfaction to Community, Justice, Environmental, Psychological, and more—along with stakeholder groups such as Organizational, Personal, and Societal, ensuring every use case is assessed through a holistic impact lens. Connecting Benefits to use case records allows organizations to track the impact of implementing the propose application.

Once users have an understanding of the potential benefits that implementing a use case will have, they can be tracked and attached to individual use case records. The Benefits tab on the use case record helps you list out the reasons why you want to build the AI use case, allowing collaborators to weigh the pros and cons easily against potential risks.
To get started, click the “Benefits” tab on the AI Use Case in the Inventory section.

You will then be prompted to “Add” a benefit. You can also choose to create a “+Custom” benefit.

Once you have added a benefit to the use case record, you will be able to set the assessed benefit’s impact and likelihood along with linking the impacted or related stakeholders.

Once you have documented the appropriate benefits, select “Assign Overall Benefit.”
