Trustible’s Policies section helps you create, track, and manage your organization’s AI policies in one place. From here, you can:
• Create new policies
• Upload and update existing ones
• Analyze compliance gaps
When you click on the policies tab on the main navigation bar, you will be brought to the main policies page. If you have documented policies on the Platform, you will see those policies listed, along with the policy type, status (e.g., Approved), as well as the date of the last edit and by whom. From the main policy page, you can also navigate to the AI Policy Analysis page and the Alignment Dashboard.

Pro Tip 💡 For best results, upload a comprehensive AI policy. Narrow policies (like a GenAI-use policy) may trigger many “needs review” flags, since they usually don’t cover all framework requirements.

The AI Policy Analysis page stores all policies that you have run through the Trustible Policy Analyzer, a tool that checks alignment between your organization’s AI policies and certain AI frameworks, like the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. To run a new policy through the analyzer, click the “Run New Policy Analysis” button at the top right-hand side of the screen. You will be prompted to provide a copy of your policy and select what framework to run it against. Policies run through the analyzer will be listed on the AI Policy Analysis page in chronologically order, starting with the most recent policy checked.

The Alignment Dashboard dashboard will display all of the sections of a regulation, and the unique set of questions answered across all of an organization’s policies. The dashboard uses the latest policy analysis run for each policy and framework, and can detect the unique set of questions that have yet to be answered. The dashboard can give and up-to-date view of the remaining gaps across all frameworks and policies.
