Use Case Intake Form
As AI use is rapidly growing at organizations, it has become increasingly difficult for AI governance committees to discover new use case inside their organizations. Organizations instead need a standardized way for teams throughout their org to propose new potential AI use cases, and for governance committees to quickly assess those use cases for potential risks.
To support this process, Trustible has created a dedicated use case ‘intake’ form feature to allow non-Trustible users to propose potential AI use cases, and then help guide teams through the desired use case assessment workflow.
How it works:
Trustible admins will now see a new option called ‘Manage Intake Form’ on their ‘Use Cases’ inventory page.

Clicking on this will bring the user to a page where they can configure the instructions for the intake form. This includes setting some user instructions, contact information, and what workflow will automatically get kicked off once a new use case is submitted. Admins can also get the URL for the form here to distribute internally. This form does NOT require the user to have a Trustible login.

The link will send users to a dedicated form to fill out basic information about a use case.
After users submit the form, submitter will receive an email verification link. The proposed use case will be in a ‘pending state’ until the user validates their email.

Once the submitter’s email is verified, the new use case will appear in the Trustible Use Case inventory, and an intake assessment workflow will automatically be created. This workflow can help a governance committee collect more information about the use case, document potential risks, and categorize the use case based on the organization’s overall AI policies.
Improved AI Prompts
AI regulations require a lot of documentation. This includes documentation about organizational AI policies, datasets, models, and use cases. However drafting compliant documentation can be difficult, as there are often multiple stakeholders who have to contribute to drafting the documents, and multiple teams who need to review and sign off on them. Trustible supports customers drafting documentation by offering them an automatic ‘checker’ to help them identify what may be potentially missing, or unclear in their documentation.
Trustible is excited to launch a heavily updated AI analyzer that leverages a more power model (GPT-4o), and enhanced prompts to improve overall accuracy for all of the analysis. In addition to the prompt accuracy, Trustible’s AI checker can now identify when a section is potentially only partially answered.
