This release delivers a more seamless and secure experience across Trustible — with smarter session management, improved customization options, and new API capabilities. We’ve also made enhancements to usability, email security, and visibility for contributors.
We’ve upgraded how session activity is tracked to keep you logged in while you work. Any action — such as scrolling, typing, or clicking — now resets the 30-minute timeout timer.
Users will also see a pop-up notification when less than two minutes remain in their session, giving time to save work before being logged out.’

You can now include an “Other” option in multiple-choice questions that automatically displays a text box for additional input.
This new field type allows more flexible data capture and can be enabled on any field upon request. Please reach out to [email protected] to enable this on a field within your organization’s Intake Form or Risk Assessment.
