Workflows Overhaul
Trustible is excited to launch a full overhaul of its core workflows. Multi-team workflows and reviews are a key component of AI governance. Trustible can help teams automate the process of collecting, reviewing, and signing off on core information about AI systems. This new release comes with UI updates to all workflow tasks, as well as new default workflows for AI governance.
These workflows include:
- Intake Process - This workflow is intended to guide AI governance teams to collect and review proposed use cases of AI. Our updated intake process (described below) can now collect information about the intended purposes, business value, and potential risks of a proposed use of AI, and recommend general risk levels, appropriate workflows, and relevant legal frameworks.
- Risk Assessment - This in-depth risk assessment is intended for riskier use cases of AI and is intended to help teams build a dedicated risk register and risk treatment plan necessary for certain types of AI use cases.
- Impact Assessment - This assessment workflow is intended to help organizations document and understand the potential impacts of a planned use of AI. This workflow involves dedicated steps for identifying relevant stakeholders and documenting the potential risks to each of them. This assessment is meant to fulfill impact assessment obligations under ISO 42001, and CO SB 205.
- Pre-Deployment Review - This review workflow for riskier use cases is intended for teams to review evidence of their risk mitigations, and document a go/no-go decision based on the risk profile of the use case.

These updates combine with previous workflow updates for off-platform data collection, task due dates, and workflow report generation to create a new, coherent, approach to AI governance.
Trustible will be releasing additional default workflows early in 2025 to cover incident/feedback review, periodic use case reviews, substantial modification documentation, and EU AI Act conformity assessments.
Update Intake Process
Organizations have hundreds of potential uses for AI. Some of these may provide more business value than others, and some may present serious risks for organizations. Quickly assessing what the highest value, lowest risk uses are, is a common problem facing AI teams. To assist with this, Trustible is launching a new default AI use case intake process that streamlines the process of collecting relevant information, and makes key recommendations about risk levels, and desired governance workflows. This new workflow aims to answer the questions:
- Is this use case going to add meaningful business value to my organization?
- What is the general risk ‘bucket’ this use case falls into?
- What governance workflows will I need to do to deploy this use case?
