Here’s a quick breakdown of what’s new in Trustible:
Trustible’s AI Analyzer feature allows you to interrogate documents against Trustible-curated or custom question sets. The Trustible-curated question set will help identity key questions organization have when reviewing Terms of Service for vendors or model providers, as well as other AI-related governance documents.
You can create custom question sets that can be used to analyze different documents. The AI Analyzer AI will assess how well the questions are answered by the documents you upload. Trustible provides guidance for writing effective custom questions.
You are also able to generate reports when you upload a set of documents and select a custom or pre-generated question set.
Please note: This feature is available for Advanced and Enterprise customers.
Trustible’s new Dashboard page will provide organizational leaders with key insights about the use cases they document on the platform. Previously, our Dashboard page was the main landing page when a user logged into the platform. We have now created a separate feature on the main navigation bar dedicated to the Dashboard.
Use Case Insights
Customers can use the Dashboard to track information about the total number of uses cases documented on the platform and their net benefit. In addition, the Dashboard displays the number of use cases per implementation status and by department.
The Dashboard feature also provides customers with a matrix to track use cases by risk and benefit
Risk and Mitigation Insights
The Dashboard feature also allows customers see their overall risk levels across use cases, as well as where risks are mitigated. Customers will also see their top five risks and mitigations, as well as the number of applicable use cases.
Additionally, insights found on the Dashboard can be exported into reports. We have also moved the Framework Readiness tracker to the bottom of the Dashboard page.
