Here’s a quick breakdown of what’s new in Trustible:
Trustible’s workflows consist of a series of ordered tasks to help governance teams collect, and review information from relevant stakeholders. Some tasks, such as uploading documentation or taking questionnaires, can be done concurrently, while others should be done only after previous tasks have been completed. While Trustible showed these task grouping, they were not previously strictly enforced which led to some confusion and potential sequencing issues.

With this release, the task groups within workflows are now ‘strictly’ enforced, and each task group must be done one after another.
Only 1 task group can be ‘active’ at a time, and task groups will become automatically active once all tasks in the previous group has been completed.
NOTE: While tasks can be assigned at any time, task assignees will now only get notified once a task has become ‘active’.
Tracking the various cost centers or organizations owners of AI systems is a key component of AI governance. To help better track this, Trustible is introducing a dedicated ‘Departments’ tab to allow orgs to track a structure list of organizational units that own use cases, models, or vendors.

Departments can be managed and edited on the “Users and Teams” page by Admin users.

NOTE: Departments are only used for organizing and tracking information, while ‘Teams’ can be used to assign tasks to specific user groups.
