Updated User Management

We’ve rebuilt our user management widget, and now tasks can be assigned to users once they’ve been added to the platform, even if they haven’t yet logged in and been verified. We’ve also added the ability for admins to set more user information, and we’ll be rolling out a bulk-upload feature in an upcoming release.

New AI Analyzer Features

We’ve rolled out several updates to our AI analyzer to improve its usability across multiple documents

• Question Set Context
  • You can now provide a short description of the types of documents you’ll be analyzing with a question set. This helps the system better adapt to any nuances of a specific domain or task.
• New UI for Reports
  • We’ve fully rebuilt the UI interface, and Excel export, of the AI analyzer to make it clear which questions are uniques un-answered across all documents, and to better visualize the results when looking at multiple documents at once.

Workflow Enhancements

Trustible’s Workflows is where a lot of the day to day work on AI governance happens. This latest update comes with a series of ‘quality-of-life’ improvements for those going through workflows. These include:

• Automatic ‘Next Task’ Redirect
  • After marking a task as ‘complete’, if the next task is also assigned to you, you’ll be automatically redirected there. If you’re all done, this will redirect you to the workflow page, or the ‘Home’ page for ‘Contributors’
• Combined Risk Matrix Review, Risk and Benefit Assignment Task
  • Instead of have 3 separate tasks to review the risk matrix, assign and overall risk level, and then assign an overall benefit level, all 3 of these activities can now be done in a single task. This should reduce some of the back-and-forth needed in intake workflows.
