Vendor Workflows

We’ve delivered a major refresh to how you manage vendors in Trustible. The new optional Vendor Assessment Workflow enables internal and external collaboration to complete a comprehensive vendor review, automatically calculating risk across key categories: AI Governance Practices, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Legal, and Transparency.

To increase transparency in how risk scores are calculated, we’ve added labels that indicate which questions influence the scoring.

What’s new:

• Redesigned Vendor Assessment Workflow for enhanced collaboration and structure
• Redesigned Risk Questionnaire
• Risk-scoring visibility through labeled questions
• Previously completed vendor assessment data is now available under the Documentation tab

Bug Fix Notice: A disclaimer will be added to the new Vendor Assessment Workflow to guide users to their historical documentation. This update will be available by Friday, November 21, 2025.
