On the Use Cases tab of the Customization Center, admin users can complete the following actions:
Navigate to creating a custom Use Case Template, which will automatically apply designated values to both attribute and documentation fields.
Bulk Upload Use Cases, download the provided .xlsx template to bulk upload historical use cases. The file includes key fields that will populate directly on each record, helping teams save time when migrating existing inventory into Trustible.

Default Intake Workflow, this workflow will be automatically applied when a new AI Use Case is submitted to the organization. If no option is selected, the Trustible-managed Intake Workflow will automatically be applied.
Default Review Workflow, this workflow will be automatically created when an AI Use Case is up for review. If no option is selected, no review workflow will automatically be created. This value must be set in order to set a review cadence date.
Default Use Case Template, this template will be used to prepopulate any new Use Cases created in the organization with documentation, risks, mitigations, benefits, and/or stakeholders. If no template is selected, no prepopulation will occur.
